Made in a large part of Northern Italy , Grana Padano is a hard full bodied cheese that must be aged for at least 9 months. Production is carefully monitored by the Consorzio to ensure consistent quality and provenance. It is made from unpasteurised milk and has a somewhat flaky texture that delivers a creamy, mild flavour with a lingering aftertaste. Enjoyed best sprinkled into risotto or as a garnish a top your pasta dishes or salads.
